Exercise is important for us all – adults, children and the elderly alike. Regular exercise will bring you joy now and in the future.
Try to exercise fairly actively for at least half an hour every day. Physical exercise does not necessarily mean sports, weightlifting or fitness classes with music. At the Spa, you can walk in the natural countryside with walking poles, swim, jog or ride a bicycle.
Any type of exercise is better than no exercise. At Imatran Kylpylä Spa everyone will find the type of exercise to suit them – instructed exercise groups or self-initiated training.
