Hello,
I would like to visit Imatra with my family oneday. Is it possible to visit your SPA complex without reservation of rooms.
Only SPA complex for 2-3 hours. If it is would you please tell me a price for adults and child.

bus No 3?

Hi.
Could you please advise me where I could find the timetable for local bus No 3 (Kylpyla SPA - Imatra Centre)?

    Please, look at page number 10 in the document.
    On the first line is a timetable for weekdays, on the second line for weekends.
    In the left column “From the centre to our hotel”, in the right “From our hotel to the centre”.

    OUR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION RATES always include SPA. If you’re staying at Holiday Apartments, then that is a different situation.

Can you help me with booking numbers

Hello! I want to book 3 rooms for smokers jn December 3. We will 6 adults and one child of 8 years. Tell me please how much we should pay? Can you help me with booking numbers? Thank you.

    our Spa Hotel do not have any rooms for smokers. Smoking is possible on the Superior room balconies. You can make your reservation at our net booking, use this link: https://www.hotelengine.eu/singleview.php?sn=_5131322479423&ch=1&lang=en&welcome=1

    Child extrabed rate is 25 euros per night in the same room with parents.

Hello,
When I was making reservation a room by micros/Fidelio, I had to make a choice between 2 rates: Family package 1 night and Finlandia Kategoriahinta UPM.
Could you explain, what does it mean? And what is the different between them?

    The UPM rate is a negotiated special company rate for UPM Ltd. employees, and was showing for a while to the public due to an error.
