Imatra Spa Resort Fitness offers you a gym with easy-to-use equipment and various types of fitness classes. You are sure to find the type of exercise you enjoy. Our professional instructors make sure that training is fun, efficient and safe. We also have a sports hall where you can play badminton and floorball, for example. Instruction takes place in Finnish.

Training together with other people is fun. You can choose a suitable class from our extensive selection of fitness classes. We offer classes for all levels and abilities. The changing schedule includes both easy and more demanding classes – Indoor Cycling classes, relaxed but efficient Body and Mind classes, and an extensive selection of Les Mills classes.
