Tips for Your holiday

You can hire a bathrobe (5€/stay) and buy slippers (2€) at reception or bring your own from home. You can also reserve a bathrobe and slippers for your room before arrival (adult sizes only). For regular guests, bathrobes are included in the price from the silver level upwards.
Bring your own bathing suit from home. For hygiene reasons, we recommend that you wear swim shorts and swimsuits in our pool area instead of swim trunks. Swimming costumes (5€) and towels (5€) can also be rented from the reception.
All rooms and apartments can be checked in at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Check out from hotel rooms and chalets at 12:00 and holiday homes at 11:00 on the day of departure.
Upon check-in, each guest will receive a wristband with access to the spa and breakfast.
On arrival at the spa, please bring a towel from your room or holiday apartment or You can rent a towel (5€) from reception.
When leaving the spa, leave the locker open. If you lock the locker when you leave, the gate will not let you out.
There is a shop Puoti near reception. In addition to daily consumer goods, the shop also sells gifts and textiles.
At the hotel reception you can ask for playing equipment (badminton, basketball, etc.) and walking sticks.
The Taiga Activities rental shop (located at the end of the spa street, near the bowling alley) offers basic bikes, mountain and electric bikes, electric scooters and skis.
Board games can be borrowed from the café Akseli g.
You can book treatments online in advance and a table in our à la carte restaurant. Once you have a room reservation, you can log in to make reservations using your booking confirmation number and your surname.
Avoid making loud noises after 10pm in all accommodation. If you are planning to organise a party or event in the apartment you have booked, this must be agreed in advance with our sales department and the rules will be reviewed in advance.

Holiday apartments

The price of holiday apartments (Holiday Homes, Villas, Chalets) includes final cleaning as for hotel rooms. However, if you have used kitchen utensils for cooking, please put the utensils in the dishwasher when you leave to wash up and take the waste to the waste bins.

Lost and Found

Lost and found will be kept at the hotel reception for 1-2 weeks. After that, lost property can be requested from the Finnish lost property service in Kouvola https://loytotavara.net/

Travelling with pet?

Please ask for available pet rooms, as they are limited. A maximum of two pets can be accommodated in one room. Pet charge 1-2 days: 10€/day and 3-7 days: 26 €.
